Términos y condiciones de suscripción - Membresía ISD CONNECT
Al hacer clic en "Acepto", el Usuario reconoce que ha leído y acepta los siguientes términos y condiciones:
1. PARTES
Entre el Usuario y la Empresa.
2. OBJETO
Acceso a la membresía CONNECT, que incluye:
- Acceso a comunidad privada (WhatsApp u otros canales)
- Onboarding grupal
- Sesión de diagnóstico
- Acceso a eventos públicos organizados por la Empresa
- Acceso a webinar exclusivos para la comunidad
- Aparición de bienvenida en redes sociales
- Inclusión en newsletter (según planificación)
3. NATURALEZA DEL SERVICIO
El Usuario reconoce que:
- El servicio es de acceso a ecosistema, acompañamiento y networking.
- No constituye asesoramiento legal, financiero o profesional.
- No se garantizan resultados, inversión, ingresos ni crecimiento.
4. SUSCRIPCIÓN Y PAGO
- Pago recurrente automático.
- Posibilidad de cambio de precio con aviso previo.
5. DURACIÓN Y RENOVACIÓN
Renovación automática salvo cancelación válida.
6. CANCELACIÓN
Requisitos:
- Envío de solicitud a: info@isdistrict.com
- Antelación mínima de 15 días naturales antes del siguiente cobro.
Condiciones:
- Si no se respeta el plazo, se cobrará la siguiente mensualidad.
- Solo será válida tras confirmación por la Empresa.
7. REEMBOLSOS
Pagos no reembolsables salvo: error de facturación o fallos técnicos graves atribuibles a la Empresa.
8. ALCANCE DEL SERVICIO
Las mentorías son orientativas. La exposición a inversores no implica financiación. Los resultados dependen de factores externos.
9. INTERACCIONES Y ECOSISTEMA
La Empresa no es responsable de acuerdos con inversores, relaciones entre miembros ni resultados derivados de interacciones.
10. USO DEL SERVICIO
Prohibido:
- Compartir cuenta.
- Uso indebido del ecosistema.
- Conductas abusivas o fraudulentas.
La Empresa podrá cancelar el acceso sin reembolso en caso de incumplimiento.
11. PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS
Tratamiento conforme a la Ley 81 de 2019 y el Decreto Ejecutivo 285 de 2021 de Panamá.
12. RECLAMACIONES
- El Usuario deberá contactar previamente a la Empresa antes de iniciar acciones legales.
- Plazo de respuesta: hasta 30 días.
- No serán válidas reclamaciones por falta de resultados o expectativas no garantizadas.
13. LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD
La Empresa no garantiza resultados económicos, empresariales ni de inversión.
14. JURISDICCIÓN
- Leyes de la República de Panamá.
- Tribunales del Primer Distrito Judicial de Panamá.
15. ACEPTACIÓN
El Usuario acepta todas las condiciones al suscribirse.
16. COMUNICACIONES COMERCIALES
La Empresa podrá enviar comunicaciones electrónicas al Usuario relacionadas con el servicio Contratado.
El Usuario podrá autorizar de forma expresa y separada la recepción de comunicaciones comerciales, promocionales o informativas, incluyendo:
- Información sobre eventos, contenidos y oportunidades.
- Novedades del ecosistema.
- Promociones y nuevos servicios.
El Usuario podrá revocar este consentimiento mediante:
- El enlace de baja incluido en las comunicaciones.
- Solicitud a: info@isdistrict.com
La revocación no afectará a las comunicaciones necesarias para la prestación del servicio.
17. AUTORIZACIÓN DE USO DE NOMBRE, LOGO Y MARCA
El Usuario, en su calidad de representante o propietario de la empresa, startup o proyecto que participa en el servicio, otorga a la Empresa autorización expresa, gratuita, no exclusiva y revocable para:
- Usar el nombre de la empresa o startup y su logotipo en publicaciones, redes sociales, newsletters, materiales promocionales y eventos relacionados con el servicio.
- Mencionar al Usuario y su proyecto y proyectarlos en contenidos de comunicación dentro del ecosistema.
El Usuario garantiza que cuenta con los derechos necesarios sobre el nombre y logotipo de la empresa o startup, y que su uso no infringirá derechos de terceros.
Esta autorización permanecerá vigente mientras el Usuario mantenga su participación en el servicio. La revocación no afectará el uso de materiales ya publicados o divulgados con anterioridad a la recepción de dicha solicitud.

Subscription Terms and Conditions - ISD CONNECT Membership
By clicking "I accept," the User acknowledges that they have read and accept the following terms and conditions:
1. PARTIES
Between the User and the Company.
2. PURPOSE
Access to the CONNECT membership, which includes:
● Access to a private community (WhatsApp or other channels)
● Group onboarding
● Diagnostic session
● Access to public events organized by the Company
● Access to webinars exclusive to the community
● Welcome feature on social media
● Inclusion in the newsletter (according to schedule)
3. NATURE OF THE SERVICE
The User acknowledges that:
● The service is for ecosystem access, support, and networking.
● It does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
● Results, investment, income, or growth are not guaranteed.
4. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT
● Automatic recurring payment.
● Possibility of price changes with prior notice.
5. DURATION AND RENEWAL
Automatic renewal unless valid cancellation occurs.
6. CANCELLATION
Requirements:
● Send request to: info@isdistrict.com
● Minimum notice of 15 calendar days before the next charge.
Conditions:
● If the deadline is not met, the next monthly fee will be charged.
● Valid only after confirmation by the Company.
7. REFUNDS
● Payments are non-refundable except in cases of billing error or serious technical failures attributable to the Company.
8. SCOPE OF SERVICE
Mentorships are indicative. Exposure to investors does not imply funding. Results depend on external factors.
9. INTERACTIONS AND ECOSYSTEM
The Company is not responsible for agreements with investors, relationships between members, or results derived from interactions.
10. USE OF THE SERVICE
Prohibited:
● Sharing the account
● Misuse of the ecosystem
● Abusive or fraudulent behavior
The Company may cancel access without refund in case of breach.
11. DATA PROTECTION
Processing in accordance with Law 81 of 2019 and Executive Decree 285 of 2021 of Panama.
12. CLAIMS
● The User must contact the Company before initiating legal action.
● Response time: up to 30 days.
Claims for lack of results or non-guaranteed expectations will not be valid.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company does not guarantee economic, business, or investment results.
14. JURISDICTION
● Laws of the Republic of Panama
● Courts of the First Judicial District of Panama
15. ACCEPTANCE
The User accepts all conditions upon subscribing.
16. COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS
The Company may send electronic communications to the User related to the contracted service.
The User may expressly and separately authorize the receipt of commercial, promotional, or informative communications, including:
● Information about events, content, and opportunities
● Ecosystem news
● Promotions and new services
The User may revoke this consent via:
● The unsubscribe link is included in the communications
● Request to: info@isdistrict.com
Revocation will not affect the communications necessary to provide the service.
17. AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF NAME, LOGO, AND BRAND
The User, in their capacity as representative or owner of the company, startup, or project participating in the service, grants the Company express, free, non-exclusive, and revocable authorization to:
● Use the name of the company or startup and its logo in publications, social media, newsletters, promotional materials, and events related to the service.
● Mention the User and their project and project them in communication content within the ecosystem.
The User guarantees that they have the necessary rights to the name and logo of the company or startup, and that their use will not infringe on the rights of third parties.
This authorization will remain in effect as long as the User maintains their participation in the service.
Revocation will not affect the use of materials already published or disclosed prior to the receipt of such request.
